What is Fascial Counterstrain?

Fascial Counterstrain (FCS) is one of the most gentle yet powerful hands-on techniques that can potentially relieve pain and lack of motion.

Results will vary for everyone, but typically patients may notice significant relief in pain and better functioning in as little as one to two treatments.

This treatment consisted of four sessions utilizing fascial counterstrain. This patient experienced very little pain during his recovery. Results will vary from person to person.
